Field Area Office Owner/Manager
This position is an Ideal home-based business for "stay at home" Moms, Dads or anyone who desires a more independent, flexible work environment. This is a sub-contracting residual commission based position with ownership of a protected territory. At the onset, outreach responsibilities may be necessary to develop the territory to be managed.

Outreach Representative
This is a residual commission based position operating under the Field Area Office Managers, selling sponsorships for the monthly newsletter. An optional aspect of this position is to provide equipment rentals, such as PERS. Ideal for full time or part-time.

Handypersons & Domestic Services
Younger active retirees are involved in providing handyperson and domestic services to their peers. This is a per-diem position operating under the FAO Managers.

Paid & Non-paid Internship Programs
This is an Intergenerational Program for University & High School Students who provide yard work, house cleaning and shopping services. Students can earn college credit towards their Degree while working under the guidance of the FAO Managers.

People Helping People Program
This program provides employment for Developmentally Disabled and Learning Disabled Adults who will work with job couches to provide house cleaning, yard work and shopping for elderly seniors on low income. This program is managed at the FAO level.
