BSAH is the brainchild of Robert Costanzo, PhD. and was conceived in 2002. Robert Costanzo was also the founder of Umbrella Senior Homes Services throughout the 1990's into 2000. Umbrella laid the ground work and provided the foundation for BSAH to expand its mission and to provide services throughout the tri-state area and the United States.
